Intuitive Training Videos
With over 300+ available features within Sycamore’s school management system, training videos are a valuable resource for both new and experienced administrators and teachers to learn more about a specific module. Our training videos are categorized into detailed topics like Academics, Admissions, Financial, and more. Within each topic is a series of videos that are relevant to that section. In addition, some of the training videos will be recordings from our past conferences, giving viewers a front row seat at that training as if they were at the conference themselves!
Comprehensive Online Help Manual
For those who like to figure out the problem themselves, our online help manual will be your best friend. The help manual is filled with specific details and information relating to each module in our easy to use school management system. There are also many FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) layered throughout the manual, which help provide schools with swift and easy solutions. Not only is the help manual updated daily, our team is diligent to update the manual entirely before a new feature/module is released, giving schools the proper education and knowledge before releasing something new.
If you’re a hands-on learner, this one’s for you! We have several microlearning courses that we offer for any staff member at your school to take, free of charge. If you’re wanting to learn more about Cafeteria, Report Cards, Attendance, etc., we offer microlearning courses that will guide you through that process. Once you sign up for a course, you have access to that course for two weeks and can access the course 24/7 day or night, so whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you are covered!
If additional support is needed, just know our dedicated and acclaimed support team is always here to help! Administrators — known as Super Users in our system — are able to create a support ticket or call into support for assistance. Our support line is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, and our support team is readily available to answer evening and weekend tickets.
Teachers, don’t think we have forgotten about you! Teachers can direct classroom-related questions to the green Teacher Chat icon found within each Sycamore classroom. Our Teacher Chat Support Team is available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, and teachers will also find many FAQs and solution articles within the Teacher Chat module to assist with their questions.
